389b-01)Shannon started out gangbusters until Kevin West put the heat on. Well played match overall. |
389b-02) Besides the best pressure shot of the tournament to win a match, Japan’s Kenichi Uchigaki is proving once again how formidable the Far Easterners are now. Don’t expect that trend to end soon. Moore’s deliberate play showcased his sterling position play. |
389b-03) Despite shooting a blistering .948 by Immonen, unpredictable things happened, with excellent play by Kiamco right up until the end with a hill-hill win for Kiamco. |
389b-04) Brandon Shuff did everything right while Hernandez had nothing turn right. |
389b-05) As Hohmann put on a clinic, Carmona’s cue ball kept finding pockets. |
389b-06) Charlie Williams stayed focused right to the end. Nevel made some critical mistakes and lost focus. |
389b-07) Van Boening took the first four racks after the lag without his opponent coming to the table. Al-Shaheen responded with winning the next five. Van Boening closed winning the next seven racks. |
389b-08) Wang Can’s blistering play held former World Champion to a close finish. |
389b-09) Ortmann never wavered, kept focused, and took advantage of all the rolls while shooting a .940 over Peach, 11-9. |
389b-10) Well played match by both players, but somebody had to win. |
389b-11) Archer showed his stuff. He looks as good as ever and outplayed Klatt. |
389b-12) Talk about control? Feijen handcuffed Appleton while exhibiting
spectacular pocketing, position, and defensive skills. Best match of event! |
389b-13) Archer had it from the beginning. Shaw had it in the end. |
389b-14) Near perfect. Corteza shot 1.000 through the first eight racks. |
389b-15) Looked like Feijen all the way, then things happened and it could have gone either way. |
389b-16) Shane is the man to beat. Enough said! |
389b-17)After a 4-1 lead by Shaw who looked awesome, Shane took control and dominated to an 11-5 win. Again, the man to beat! |
389b-18)With both players dominating the table at times, Shaw had two chances to win the match but couldn’t do it forcing an overtime match in the win by two format. At 10-10, Corteza broke and ran out the last two racks. |
389b-19) SVB dominated but almost lost it at the end, but the best man won. |
